Returns & Exchanges Policy

For standard products purchased through distance sales, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal request must be submitted to us within the applicable statutory period.

Return or Exchange Requests

You can submit a return or exchange request to our team together with your order details.

Requests are reviewed based on the condition of the product, order details and applicable return or exchange conditions. Once reviewed, you will be informed of the process and the necessary next steps.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Products prepared specifically according to the consumer's requests or personal requirements may fall within statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

This may include products featuring names, custom measurements, personalized designs or similar customizations produced specifically according to the customer's request.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected if a product is defective, faulty or does not conform to the agreed order specifications.

Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or different from the agreed order details, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order information and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed, the appropriate resolution process will be initiated. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Returning Products

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the product must be returned within the period prescribed by applicable legislation following submission of the withdrawal notice.

Return instructions, shipping information and the applicable process will be communicated to you after your request has been reviewed.

Refunds

Where a return or withdrawal request meets the applicable conditions, refunds are processed within the periods and conditions prescribed by applicable legislation.

Where applicable, refunds are made using a method corresponding to the payment method used for the original purchase and without imposing additional costs on the consumer.

Exchanges

Requests for changes in size, color or product are evaluated according to the nature of the product, stock availability and order conditions.
